We are living at a pivotal moment in history. Technology is evolving at a rapid pace, and alongside it, there is a powerful awakening of human consciousness. These two forces—innovation and introspection—are unfolding side by side. And in the midst of so much change, chaos, and uncertainty, we believe it’s more important than ever to stay connected to what makes us uniquely human.
That’s why we created the How to Stay Human podcast.
This show is rooted in the belief that amidst the rise of artificial intelligence, digital disconnection, and social fragmentation, there is a great remembering happening. We are being called back to our bodies, our breath, our communities, our truth, and our connection to something greater than ourselves. This podcast is both a compass and a companion for that return.
Kyle comes to this work as a systems thinker, founder, and movement builder. He has spent years building communities at the intersection of exponential technologies and human potential. As the Head of Community at Abundance360—a network of over 600 visionary entrepreneurs exploring AI, longevity, and the future of abundance—he understands the pace of innovation and the cost of disconnection. He’s committed to bringing soul and systems together, and helping leaders stay grounded in integrity as they shape the world of tomorrow.
I come to this work as a trauma-informed somatic healer and relationship coach. Over the past decade, I’ve studied spiritual psychology, energy medicine, shamanic healing, and nervous system regulation. I’ve sat with people in their grief, their rebirth, their awakenings. I’ve walked through the wilderness myself and know what it’s like to lose yourself—and find your way back. My work is about integration: blending the sacred with the practical, the ancient with the modern, the scientific with the spiritual.
Together, we’re offering something that sits at the convergence of the sacred and the technological, the personal and the collective, the mystical and the embodied.
In Episode 1, we explore what it means to stay human in a hyper-digital world. We talk about presence, embodiment, spiritual practice, creative ritual, and the importance of reclaiming our breath, our bodies, and our sense of self. We share how this podcast came to be, why it matters now more than ever, and what we hope it will unlock for you.
If you’re someone who is building, creating, leading, or simply trying to stay connected to what’s real, you belong here.
This is just the beginning.
With love,
Tori + Kyle
