when what’s actually happening is a protective response.

but if you don’t know how it’s doing that, it can quietly run your life.
This quiz helps you:
identify your dominant nervous system defense pattern
understand why you respond the way you do under stress
see your patterns through a lens of compassion instead of self-judgment
begin separating who you are from how your system learned to survive
This isn’t about diagnosing or fixing yourself.
It’s about orientation.

Really appreciate the reframing here. The shift from self-judgment to compassion is underrated when it comes to nervous system stuff. I've noticed how often people (myself included) try to just "manage" stress without actually understanding what pattern is running underneath. The distinction betwen intuition and anxiety is particularly tricky, ran into that alot last year. Curious how the quiz handles overlapping patterns, since most people probably toggle between states depending on context.
